Vender um produto
Inscreve o cliente no produto e abre uma fatura para ele, já open e pronta para pagamento. Quando o pagamento é confirmado, a entrega do produto (e-mail e link de download) acontece sozinha.
O cliente é identificado por customer.externalId: repetir a chamada com o mesmo externalId reaproveita o cliente e a inscrição, sem duplicar. O valor vem do preço publicado do produto, a menos que você envie amount.
